Dr. David A. Horvath
Dr. David Horvath is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He earned his Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed a general surgery residency at Geisinger Medical Center, as well as a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Indiana University Medical Center. He then undertook an extended fellowship in cosmetic surgery in Miami, Florida, where he learned from and trained under some of the most world-renowned surgeons.
Dr. Horvath spent 10 years as a Plastic Surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio. After that he moved back to Philadelphia where he practiced as a Plastic Surgeon at Jefferson Abington Hospital. Dr. Horvath has performed thousands of reconstructive and plastic surgeries. He also has trained hundreds of fellows and residents at both the Cleveland Clinic and Temple University on the latest advancements in plastic surgery.
Two years ago, Dr. Horvath changed the direction of his practice to focus solely on non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments. He operates his own Concierge MedSpa in King of Prussia. He will be splitting his time between Philadelphia and Scranton.

In addition to his Medical Director role for LMG Wellness, Dr. Horvath will also serve as the lead provider of all sexual health, hormone therapy, and men’s recovery and performance services. Dr. Horvath is uniquely qualified to combine his knowledge of surgical anatomy and traditional medicine together with cutting edge research that includes new device technologies, hormone therapy, growth factors, dietary supplements, and naturopathic medicine to obtain the most complete and successful scientifically proven treatment programs.
