Dr. Emma Rubin, MD

Emma Rubin, MD provides patient care in the specialty of Internal Medicine at Lackawanna Medical Group and is a medical consultant at Allied Rehabilitation Hospital in Scranton. Dr. Rubin joined Lackawanna Medical Group in 1989.

Dr. Rubin is a highly experienced Internist who provides primary medical care to adults. She was educated in U.S.S.R, Russia where she practiced Internal Medicine. Dr. Rubin completed her residency training at the VA Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Dr. Rubin resides in Laflin, PA. Outside of practicing medicine, she loves spending time with her two sons’ families, specifically visits with her five grandchildren.
